The works taking part in the Award can be divided into two areas:

"Narrations"
"Studies and Research"

Format and languages

Working languages

The languages in which it is possible to participate include: English, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese.

Works may be submitted in one of these languages or in the original language with translation accompanying the various forms of expression (dubbing, subtitles, translation of the texts, audio comment...etc.)

In order to facilitate diffusion of the works, translation into English or Spanish is nevertheless strongly advised, except in cases where the original language is already one of these. It is also important to explain local terms not familiar to other cultures.

Format

The formats in which it is possible to send works fundamentally follow a criteria of " effective communication" (above all as concerns the "narratives") and indications of "maximum length" are therefore of relative importance (keep in mind, however, that these are works for the network audience and that excessive length in any case would be a disadvantage).

More important in this regard is the participants' evaluation of the balance between effective communication and completeness of the narration.
