How to submit works
Works may be submitted in the following ways:
| Through the Award site www.powos.org, in the requested formats, and with the requested attachments, by registering with the site, filling in the work description form and uploading the entries into the site (enter and send/modify). |
- By e-mail, addressed to powos@powos.org, with the participation form and the work description form attached, both of which can be downloaded from the site or requested from the Award Office.
- By post, addressed to the Award Office (Upter - Roma), with the participation form and the work description form attached, both of which can be downloaded from the site or requested from the Award Office. In cases where submissions are sent by post, the material must, nevertheless, be furnished in a digital version as well, in CD-rom or on another support.
There is no fee for participating in the Award.
Entries submitted by e-mail
Complete the registration form and the work description form which you will find here attached.
Send your work, the registration form and the work description form, and other atachments to the mail:
write the title of the work in the "object" of the mai, with a serial number (1,2,3..) if you are sending more e-mails.
Entries submitted by post
Complete the registration form and the work description form which you will find here attached.
Load the work and attachments onto a CD-rom, and mail in a sealed envelope to: “Stories of Possible Worlds” International Award, c/o Upter, Università Popolare di Roma, via IV Novembre 157, 00187, Rome, Italy.

Entries submitted through the site
If you have not yet registered, do so now!
After registering, click on “SEND/MODIFY” and you will be able to submit works in five easy steps:

FIRST STEP
Select the section you will be entering:
- Narrations
- Studies and Research

SECOND STEP
Load entries
by selecting the form among the following windows:
- Text
- Photo-narration
- Audio-narration
- Video-narration (which also permits loading entries which fall under the “other” classification)

THIRD STEP
Completion of work description form
This form asks for general information about the work you are entering in the Award competition; much of this information is not compulsory, but if it is provided, it will be useful for building the Digital Archive of Stories of Social Struggle and Change.
The online form can be filled in at different times, in cases where not all the information is immediately available, since the system permits saving and modifying the form.

FOURTH STEP
Attachments, and interface for modifying and supplementing the material sent.
If you wish, you can now insert attachments.
Furthermore, you are allowed to modify or integrate documentation you have already mailed, until the submission date espires. (To do so, you have to click SEND/MODIFY or PARTICIPATE in the website )
